Privacy notice
Short version: I use your details to reply to you, and for nothing else.
This website is run by Thomas Lozza (Tom), as Crux8, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
What I collect
If you send a message, I receive the details you enter: your name, company, email or WhatsApp number, and your message. If you book a time, Google Calendar holds the details you enter there.
I measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites. It counts page views and the websites visitors come from.
No cookies here. Not even the chocolate-chip kind.
Why
I use your details only to reply to you and to arrange a conversation. I do not sell them or add them to a mailing list.
Who else handles them
The service that delivers the form to me, Google Calendar for bookings, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you message me there, process your details on my behalf.
How long I keep them
I keep messages for as long as I need to reply and follow up, and delete them after 24 months unless I start working with you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Send a message through the contact form and say what you need.
